How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data, use either of the methods below:

Option 1: From the app

1. Open the Tamm app.
2. Go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the request. Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

Option 2: Contact us

You can also submit a data deletion request by contacting us directly:

• Your full name
• The phone number or email address registered with us
• Reason for deletion (optional)

What happens after deletion?

• All personal information associated with your account is permanently deleted.
• Past transaction history may be retained for legal and financial compliance as required under Syrian law.
• Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
